Payment and checkout

Available payment methods, the transaction currency, shipping charges, applicable taxes and the total payable are shown during checkout before an order is placed. Payment availability can vary by destination, device and payment provider.

Payments are handled through Shopify checkout and its payment partners. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Your bank or payment provider might request additional verification or apply its own currency conversion.

If a payment does not complete, check your billing information and contact your payment provider. For an order-status question, email service@vazlena.com with the order number.
